It's Deep Water Power Time at Lake Holiday!

If you hate to exercise when it is really hot outside, we have a solution to your dilemma!  Grab a belt or a pair of SPATS and GAITOR GLOVES and jump in the water at Lake Holiday! From June until the water is just too cold, we will be exercising four days a week, from 1 to 2 PM at Beach One with handbars, noodles and blets or spats and gaitor gloves. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday the Liquid Ladies and Men will be in the water and working out!

This is a cardiovascular workout that incorporates deep water running 9forward, backward, sideways and rollerblading) with typical gym exercises that are suspended and completely kind to all of our joints! Add handbars and the workout is enhanced for the arms and abs! You really have to try it to see if you like it!  SPLASH! International, Inc. supplies all of the equipment if you need equipment and the instruction to successfully benefit from all of





our exercises!
