What's your favorite water workout?
Everyone has a workout that they think is very effective in the water...I am looking for your top swimming workout, top water fitness workout, or anything else you do in the water including sculling, paddling, etc. List your favorites and I'll add mine tomorrow!

Deep-water walking, as taught by Stephanie, is definitely tops with me. I just tried out my new Spats this week, with their convenient velcro enclosures, and in my opinion, this is the only way to go for assisted buoyancy in deep-water walking. I love the unencumbered feeling the Spats give that make this very effective work-out feel almost effortless! Submitted by Carol Byrnes
